Frequently asked questions
Is the app in English?
The interface is in Spanish today. Your screens can show Spanish and English at the same time: lyrics in two languages, or two Bible versions side by side.
Do I need internet?
No. CuePoint works fully offline. It only uses the internet to download a Bible chapter the first time; after that it stays on your computer.
Does it run on Mac and Windows?
Yes, both, with the same license. Mac with Apple silicon or Intel; Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
How many computers can I use?
The license covers up to 3 computers in the same church: for example the booth, a backup and the one used to prepare the service at home.
Do Bibles cost extra?
No. The included Bibles come with your license, with no extra cost per computer.
Can I bring my songs from ProPresenter?
Yes. Export your songs as .pro files (ProPresenter 7 or later) and import them in the Library: title, sections, lyrics and order come along. It also imports plain text, CCLI SongSelect and OpenLyrics.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes. With the phone on the same Wi-Fi, scan a code on the computer and type a PIN. Advance, go to black or jump to any song from the phone, with nothing to install.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing stops. CuePoint never locks during a service. When the trial ends, a discreet mark appears on the main screen until you activate your license.
Do I need a CCLI license to project lyrics?
If the songs are copyrighted, yes. The church holds that license with CCLI, not the presentation software. CuePoint shows your CCLI license number on screen.
How do I activate my license?
After paying you receive a key. Paste it in Settings and you're done: it activates offline.
